A1300 Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7) as a permitted form of Vitamin K in FSMP

FSANZ has assessed an application made by Novozymes Australia Ltd. to amend the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code to permit the use of Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7) as a permitted form of Vitamin K in food for special medical purposes (FSMP). FSANZ has prepared a draft food regulatory measure.
FSANZ has provided public notification and welcomes your submission to assist with consideration of the application.
