Overview
FSANZ has assessed an application made by Danstar Ferment AG (an affiliate of Lallemand Inc.) to permit triacylglycerol lipase from genetically modified Komagataella phaffii to be used as a processing aid in bread and bakery products. FSANZ has prepared a draft food regulatory measure.
FSANZ has provided public notification and welcomes your submission to assist with consideration of the application.
