Overview

FSANZ has assessed an application by Chinova Bioworks Inc to permit a mixture of chitosan and (1,3)-beta-D-glucans extracted from white button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), as a preservative in food and beverage products, and has prepared a draft food regulatory measure.

FSANZ provides a public notification and welcomes your submission to assist with consideration of the application.
