A1332 – Cross-linked polyester resins as an adsorbent processing aid in wine

FSANZ has assessed an application made by amaea Limited to permit the use of molecularly-imprinted polymers or MIPs (a type of cross-linked polyester resin) as an adsorbent processing aid in wine and has prepared a draft food regulatory measure. FSANZ has provided public notification and welcomes your submission to assist with consideration of the application.
