A1341 - Cell cultured duck (Anas platyrhynchos domesticus) biomass

Overview

FSANZ has assessed an application made by Suprême SAS (Gourmey) to to amend the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (the Code) to permit the use of cell-cultured duck biomass. FSANZ has prepared a draft food regulatory measure for public consultation. 

FSANZ has provided public notification and welcomes your submission to assist with consideration of the application.
