M1022 2023 MRL Harmonisation Proposal
Overview
FSANZ has prepared a proposal to consider varying maximum residue limits (MRLs) for specific agricultural and veterinary (agvet) chemicals, where residues may occur in or on food commodities. FSANZ has prepared a draft food regulatory measure.
FSANZ has provided public notification and welcomes your submission to assist with consideration of the proposal.

Please refer to the consultation documents in preparing your submission. Once you begin, you can save your progress and complete your submission before the consultation closes on 29 October 2024 at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
What happens next
Consultation on proposal M1022 - 2023 MRL Harmonisation Proposal has closed. Submissions received will now be considered as part of the assessment process.
