Overview
FSANZ has assessed a proposal to review permissions for caffeine in sports foods and in the general food supply. After a previous consultation, FSANZ has revised the draft food regulatory measure and is now seeking feedback.
FSANZ has provided public notification and welcomes your submission to assist with consideration of the proposed amendments.

Once you begin, you can save your progress and complete your submission before the consultation closes on 12 December 2025 at 11:59pm Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDT).
