P1060 - Egg food safety and primary production requirements
Overview
FSANZ has assessed a proposal prepared by FSANZ to review the egg food safety and primary production requirements contained within the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code and considered whether additional measures, such as amending existing standards, should be implemented to manage food safety. FSANZ has prepared a draft food regulatory measure making amendments to Standard 4.2.5. Pursuant to section 61 of the Food Standards Australia New Zealand Act 1991 (FSANZ Act), FSANZ has provided public notification and welcomes your submission to assist with consideration of the proposed regulatory measure.
