Please explain your answer below.
I have been following the progress of laboratory cultivated meat for years; I have watched the process and theory evolve and overcome myriad obstacles. I am satisfied with the techniques applied in the advancement of this food type and by this organisation specifically.

As someone looking forward to being a consumer of this product, I do not care what it is labelled as. I am looking forward to accessing the product for its merits and am happy to call it whatever is decided.
What matters to me is the availability of the product.

In regards to cell cultured foods, I think it is important for the choice of Australian consumers at this unique time, to have a range of sustainable and ethical options.
I myself am unable to skip eating meat for medical reasons but I struggle with the ethics of this at every single meal. Every day of my sustenance can be counted in lives taken.
I do not care what it is labelled and I almost don't care what it actually tastes like, especially at this nascent stage. I NEED another option as soon as possible.
I am confident that anyone in my medical situation would feel similarly.
In conversations with my community, friends and loved ones, much or any awareness of cellular agriculture is confused by the proliferation of plant based meats in culture and the media. However, I find that when I explain the differences, potential virtues and accomplishments so far in this area, most people have a positive and open response. Based on that, I am looking hopefully forward to introducing my community to cell cultured foods at the earliest opportunity.
Further, as an ordinary Australian who cares about our agricultural industry and workers, I believe that cell cultured foods can alleviate increasing land and climate pressures on food production which may ultimately enrich the quality of farming practices and food availability in times of strife.
Thank you for your consideration.
