A1325 - Use of steviol glycosides as a food additive in hot plate flour products

Overview

FSANZ has assessed an application made by Ceorge Weston Foods Limited to permit the addition of steviol glycosides to flour products that are cooked on hot plates (such as crumpets, pikelets and pancakes). FSANZ has prepared a draft food regulatory measure. 

FSANZ has provided public notification and welcomes your submission to assist with consideration of the application.
