A1338 – Triacylglycerol lipase from Komagataella phaffii (gene donor: Yarrowia lipolytica) for use as a processing aid

FSANZ has assessed an application made by Chr. Hansen to permit the use of the enzyme triacylglycerol lipase from Komagataella phaffii as a processing aid in dairy and plant-based dairy analogues, and has prepared a draft food regulatory measure.

FSANZ has provided public notification and welcomes your submission to assist with consideration of the application.
