A1350 - Lysophospholipase from Trichoderma reesei (gene donor: Aspergillus niger) for use as a processing aid

Overview

FSANZ has assessed an application made by Danisco Australia Pty Ltd to permit the use of the enzyme lysophospholipase as a processing aid in carbohydrate processing to produce glucose syrups and other starch hydrolysates. FSANZ has prepared a draft food regulatory measure. 

FSANZ has provided public notification and welcomes your submission to assist with consideration of the application.
