What we’ll do with your feedback
Your feedback is important as it ensures the action plan is informed by real‑world experience across the food and public health sectors. It helps identify what is working, what is not, and where efforts will have the greatest impact on reducing illness.
For each survey or registration, you will be asked to consent to the collection and use of the information. Commonwealth and state and territory government employees handle personal and identifiable information in accordance with privacy legislation. Information collected through this hub is used only for official purposes, with access limited to those who need access for their role. Information will only be reported publicly in de‑identified or aggregated form. While government records may be subject to the Freedom of Information Act, exemptions apply to protect personal and confidential information.
